    • Responsible for all OCM activities in SAP S/4HANA upgrade across 6 countries, implementing structured process, analysis, communication, and providing C-level updates.

    • Co-created METRO’s approach to change management to be implemented throughout the organization to enable a successful rollout of the overall sCORE business strategy.

    • Introduced and drove application of the latest frameworks and tools such as Cynefin, SenseMaker, Estuarine Mapping, Storytelling and cultural-dynamics workshops which led to better decision-making, team dynamics, and higher country engagement in adopting the new solution.

    • Co-led, designed, and coordinated the inaugural METRO CFO summit which resulted in multiple CFO working groups which improved the ability to deliver on the sCORE strategy.

    • Mentored and trained OCM BSC India employees as change managers, upskilling them to lead activities for future METRO change projects.

    • Conducted a survey across 20 countries using SenseMaker and led review with all METRO CFOs resulting in the implementation of concrete initiatives to foster employee openness to change.

    • Focused on executive team and board development, optimizing group dynamics related to leadership, decision-making, disagreement, and evaluation.

    • Provided agile coaching to develop change structures, implementation strategies, and communication plans.

Ericsson Canada & Germany (2000 – 2008)

During my eight-years at Ericsson, starting as a part-time student and transitioning into a permanent employee, I laid the groundwork for my subsequent achievements in both personal and professional realms. As a System Integrator, I honed my technical expertise and expanded my skill set, which later empowered me to excel as a well-rounded Project Manager. My early experience as a System Analyst instilled in me the importance of accurate data for informed decision-making, a principle that has guided me throughout my career.

    • Led a team of twenty individuals from four countries as the Overall Project Manager for T-Mobile International, successfully centralizing MMS from the Czech Republic and the Netherlands to Germany.

    • Served as the team leader and sub-project manager for a multinational team of seven, executing and launching the latest software version of MMS in Germany within a remarkable three-month timeframe for a project valued at $US 4 million.

    • Installed and upgraded the Ericsson MMS solution in ten Mobile Operators across seven countries during my three-year tenure as a System Integrator.

    • Led a team of seven as a System Analyst/Project Manager, designing and implementing a Business Intelligence application for the Ericsson Application Software department.
